We hired Alex’s company to completely renovate our two bathrooms (an en suite and a hallway bath). VERY satisfied with the work he and his team did for us, taking two very outdated and ugly spaces and making them beautiful and 100% more enjoyable. The project was largely cosmetic — no relocation of plumbing aside from the shower pipes in the master — but we did remove everything and replace it new.

I was responsible for purchasing most fixtures (vanities, mirrors, lighting, faucets, etc) while Alex showed me available finishes (tile) at his showroom over on the eastside and brought those to the jobsite. While it was daunting searching all of the internet for those elements, I did like having that level of control with the design. Keep that in mind, though, if you are NOT comfortable making styling decisions.

Alex communicated so well with me and my husband and among his subcontractors too. We were never surprised by a schedule change or an unexpected absence. Julia, who runs the office, also was quick about making updates to paperwork and replying to my questions.

Compared to other bids for the project, Alex’s pricing was the most competitive and I feel totally satisfied with the value we paid. Without a doubt will ask him to bid on our next big project.

Ultimately our projects ended on time (one full month from start to finish). Although the first half of the reno ran a little long, Alex and his team made up time with the second half to meet the firm deadline (houseguests).
